The first phase of the project was inclusive of a site investigation phase. Galli Engineering contracted for an ALTA Survey with a NYS Licensed Surveyor, performed structural borings and developed an Engineer’s Soil Report, prepared a Phase I Environmental Audit and performed a PCA Site Assessment. For the second phase of the project, Galli Engineering prepared the required drawings for submittal to the Town of Huntington for application for town Site Plan. This phase utilized the survey developed in the first phase and the Architectural plans and elevations developed by Advance Auto’s Architect. Galli Engineering worked with the clients' Land Attorney to assist in the preparation of the standard applications and to prepare for the Site Plan public hearing. The attorney will additionally be responsible for town organization, public notification, placards and any mergers or variances.
Concurrently with the second phase, Galli Engineering prepared the required drawings for sanitary disposal submittal to the Suffolk County Department of Health Services for cesspools. In addition, Galli Engineering prepared a State Environmental Quality Review [SEQR] form, utility load letters and attended all meetings
