Galli Engineering prepared a Phase 1 ESA report while also inspecting the installation of passive Sub SLAB depressurization systems. GE prepared operational maintenance plans and certified SSDA. Soil sampling and testing were conducted due to concerns of lead in the soil. No issues were found. Indoor air quality testing was done on completed buildings.
